Proud Papa

What can I say… This has to be one of my favorite photographs of myself, and probably entirely due to the fact that my son is in it with me. My wife took this last week, just after I turned 28 and just before Caleb turned… 1/5th? Hmmm… 10 weeks. There are a lot more photos from our trip on our photography company blog if you are interested.

Caleb and his papa.

Thank you Molly! He’s truly a blessing!

Beautiful in the sense that he resembles his mother, that is.

How’s school going? I took my GRE and will be finishing applications for Davis and U. Montana as soon as possible. I might limit it to those schools and not worry about any others. Davis is a great program, but I’ve been looking at UM quite a bit. It might be what I need. I’m more than a little sick of population density. Whatever I do, it’s my quest to find a profession where people aren’t idiots and they’ve grown up by the time they are, oh, 50 or so. The one thing I’ve realized since I started teaching high school is that no one ever really leaves high school, they just take it with them wherever they go.
